Description AIOLI SALAD DRESSING WITH GARLIC AND QUINCE JELLY Thick and creamy – wonderful with fish or salads.  Keep chilled – shelf life 2-3 weeks ·          225 g/1 jar Quince Jelly ·          1 garlic clove chopped very finely ·          150ml virgin olive oil ·          1 tbspn fresh lemon juice ·          Salt and white pepper Mix all ingredients together, except oil Add the oil drop by drop, whisking well with an electric mixer
