Delivery and Payment

Delivery

We are able to deliver anywhere in mainland UK. The postage and packing costs for retail orders is £4.95 per order.

Orders will usually be despatched within 48 hours, at worst 7 working days, but please allow up to 14 days for delivery just in case.

If your order is a gift and you would like a message sending with it please let us know.

For delivery outside mainland UK, please contact us on 01491 614664 to discuss.

Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel an order before despatch please do let us know and we will happily refund your payment.
However, once goods are despatched an order can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Quince Products. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return the products using standard parcel post, preferably with the original packaging to:

together with your name, address and details of your complaint, and we will gladly refund your postage and the cost of your goods. If any of your products arrive broken, please let us know within 3 working days of receiving your package.

Security settings provided by Barclaycard. For security reasons your credit card details will not be kept.

Payment by Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Quince Products Ltd
If paying by cheque, please send the cheque as soon as order is placed. We may choose not to despatch goods until a cheque has cleared.
