Pork Chops with Quince and Apple Jelly (Serves 2)
Description
PORK CHOPS WITH QUINCE AND APPLE JELLY (serves 2)
·          4 pork chops
·          25g butter
·          225g/1 jar Quince & Bramley Apple Jelly
·          Salt and Pepper
Dot the chops with the butter and place in a shall grill pan, and season.
Grill under a pre-heated grill fro 4-5 mins each side
Spoon the Quince & Bramley Apple Jelly over the chops and in with the meat juices
Baste well and cook for a further 2-3 min, then  Serve with crisp green salad and roast, sauté or boiled potatoes .  Drizzle over the meat juices or serve separately
