The Hairy Bikers!

Being repeated on BBC2, The Hairy Bikers Tour of Britain featuring our lovely afternoon with David and Simon, we were thrilled when they used two of our products (our Quince Jelly and our Quince & Fig Fruit Cheese) in their 'cook off' with Emily Watkins, Chef at the Kingham Plough - and the Bikers won!

To view and use the recipe that the Hairy Bikers created using our products, please click onto our recipe section and look under the recipe for Loin of Kid and Quince Jelly glaze.  You could of course use the quince jelly glaze for any other meats, and a slice of any of our cheeses on top of meats is quite delicious!
